Soil is often forgotten, generally considered as a support on which we build our lives, a deposit for the resources we need, a floor on which to grow our food... And yet, all living things, the air and water we consume and breathe, depend on its good health. Humus is our best ally in combating global warming, adapting our territories, improving water resource management and protecting the environment.

Soil conditions in France and Europe are at an all-time low: artificialization, pollution, overexploitation... How can we regenerate our soils and better protect them?
