With 20+ years of experience at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Cécile has an extensive knowledge of the challenges facing Sub-Saharan SMEs in their economic development.

Working at UNIDO's Investment Promotion Office in Paris in 2000, Cécile joined the Sub-Saharan Africa department to work on development programmes for SMEs – namely the subcontracting and partnership funds and incubators. She has lead investment promotion campaigns for African agencies and manages a development support programme for intermediary organisations in several Sub-Saharan countries. Since 2011, she's been consulting for a number of international organisations such as ADEME, ANIE Tchad and UNIDO.

Since 2016, Cecile has been working within the Investisseurs & Partenaires group, with whom she is managing the consulting and training activities focusing on the development strategies and tools for SMEs and on impact investment strategies.
