Through this operation, Pollutec and its partners highlight advanced environmental technologies currently being developed in the United States in such priority fields as energy, water treatment and the treatment of polluted sites and soils and create opportunities for multiple intercontinental co-operative ventures and exchanges.


Pollutec 2010 is hosting:

> An American pavilion (Hall 6 – Aisles J and K – Stands n°114) bringing together institutional, scientific and technical stakeholders as well as private sector companies from the cleantechs sector.
Don’t miss the presence this year of Pennsylvania, the ‘State of Innovation’, and 4 of its companies. The programme features numerous innovations for gas and soil analysis, site decontamination, environment analysis software, water treatment, renewables…

> Partnership opportunities : visit of a commercial mission « US cleantech trade and investment mission » and an official delegation led by the US
Department of Commerce (DOC) and the Economic Development Administration
(EDA) in support of US Exports and Foreign Direct Investment in the United States (FDI).

A dedicated conference programme:

> Wednesday 1st december, 9.30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., Room C – North Patio
“Fast track” meetings
Centres of excellence and the leading American and French clusters, together with their industrial partners, will take part in the “fast track” conference/meeting programme that will focus on 3 themes: energy, treatment of water and treatment of polluted sites and soils – in order to present their projects and develop
co-operation. It is planned to present French and American projects per theme.

A seminar DOE-ADEME on ‘roadmaps’
“Route maps” seminar organized by ADEME and the US DOE (Department of Energy), who have been partners for the last 3 years in the development of shared and coherent visions of analytical tools for stimulating, guiding and assisting programming. They will look in particular at methods in the area of buildings and renewable energies.
