Innovations will be judged on the basis of these criteria:
- Innovation and progress
- Environmental problem and European impact
- The product-technology of the innovation should be available on the market for 3rd parties to be able to profit from.
- Liability, quality and efficiency
- Bonus: originality
For all contestants:
- All the French participants will be quoted in Environnement Magazine (with special mention for the preselected at the European level).
- A special article will present the innovations of the nominated Europeans in the 17 European magazines of the EEP (450 000 professional readers in Europe).
And for the winners:
- The Award itself
- Article mentioning their innovation in all the 17 EEP member-magazines
- Attention in the fortnightly electronic EEP Newsletter
- mentioning on the Environmental European Press website (www.eep.org)
- Free stand during Pollutec Horizons in Paris 29 November - 02 December 2011. Indeed, each of the EEPAward 2011’ winners will be allowed a fully equipped booth of 9 square metres, (under the condition the winners aren’t already exhibiting on Pollutec Horizons) to promote the innovation.
