Right from the moment of booking, we will contact you to tell you who your show team ‘key contacts’ are. We will listen to you and, if necessary, work with you to review your needs.
All your requests will be taken into account within 24 working hours.

To simplify your show preparations, we are making some highly effective tools available: a personalized exhibitor space incorporating the order forms, the countdown for upcoming actions and alerts to ensure that you do not forget anything vital...

We analyze your needs, advise you and inform you about the current situation and trends… so that you can reap maximum benefit from your participation.

  • To make things easier for you on site

In order to make your set up easier at the exhibition venue, all our teams – sales, marketing, operations, invoicing and customer care - are mobilized to welcome and accompany you throughout the show. They are easily recognisable. Any technical problem will be taken into account within 1 hour and will be followed up by our staff. We keep you informed about updates and resolution time.
